Users who sign up for the Platform (“Our Friends”) and any of its services (“Our Services”) do so in acknowledgment that Our Services are still under development. While our goal is to provide responsive and timely service, Our friends may experience delays when using Our Texting Line and iConcierge Services due to a backlog of requests, insufficient staffing, or technological errors.

We are committed to serving Our Friends to the best of our abilities, but if you are dissatisfied, you may cancel at any time. Refunds will be issued on a pro-rated basis. If for example, you signed up on May 25th and notified us on December 26th that you wished to cancel, we would refund you for four months of service.  If you notified us on December 25th, we would refund you for five months of service.  

 

Heard It From A Friend makes every effort to be neutral with regard to gender, race, color, and origin. In some cases, articles on the site will use masculine or feminine personal pronouns for the sake of convenience, but the information provided is relevant for both males and females unless otherwise specified.
