I can’t access my child’s profile (it’s greyed out). What Should I Do?
It sounds like you have selected Lock Account Changes in Screen Time.
From your phone, you can unlock this setting:
- Go to Settings > Screen Time > Select Your Child
- Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions
- Scroll down to the end until you see the section labeled Allow Changes (it’s a grey header)
- Tap on Account Changes and select Allow
